Hello folks.

Someone emailed me today concerned we were not a real business because there haven't been any updates for some time and they were concerned we weren't who we say we are :)

It is a good point.  When we started this business we certainly didn't say to ourselves, "hey... let's try to have the best website out there and keep it fresh and new!".  Maybe we should have, I don't know.  There is lots going on behind the scenes and the forum gets checked regularly to see if anyone needs any help.

The website really needs to be changed, but nobody here is a "designer" (or whatever you call them) and since the ownership change there isn't a clear sense of who's job it is anyway (the website sort of slipped through the cracks of that contract).  Steve's going on holidays for the rest of January and we'll probably not make any changes without him.

There are a few improvements to the instructions that need to be made, but overall there are very few concerns being raised so those will likely be put off as well.

So.  Anyone reading this concerned because the site isn't as "fresh" as it could be... take it as a testament to the quality of the product we produce because you'll notice the forum isn't loaded with complaints and warranty claims (which are left up for all to see)!  This was an exciting product to make and the early interest and activity were fantastic, but in the end it is just a car part :)  How much discussion can that continue to generate?

Have a terrific 2009 all!
