Hi all.

I hope the beta testers are all subscribed to this thread so you get this message.  Bill just reminded me that you all still have two units.  The Beta Testing kind of stalled thanks to all the delays and since we're going to be going the programmers route, we'll need your extra units sent back.  Completely up to you which one you send back (and with a programmer, it really won't matter because you can change it whenever you want).  Please send them back to Steve at your convenience.  I'll ask him to post details.

Since they're crossing the US/Canada border please be mindful of the steps.  Here is the address:

SmartieParts Returns
3040 Sageview Rd
West Kelowna, BC
V4T 2Y5

You'll be asked at the post office for what it is (auto parts, cruise control) and what its value is ($10) and please mark that it is a warranty repair or return.  Don't bother with tracking or insurance.  Just regular 1st class mail in a bubble envelope and it should be around $2 in postage.  Thanks guys.

Programmers have finally shipped.  From China, so hopefully it doesn't take TOO long.  I really wish that transporter wasn't off-line!

Congratulations, that's progress. Parts I've ordered from China seem to take about 5 - 8 days by air and about a month by "ground." Hopefully, they're flying over.  ::)

They just arrived!  It'll take some time to get them tested and for Steve to have them up for sale at SmartieParts.  I'm right now working on finishing up the various firmware versions so people can actually make use of the programmers.
