Originally when we designed this site, which was just prior to the product launch, we envisioned that there may be a need to distinguish between those asking questions or posting comments speculatively and those doing so that actually had the product. So as many of you know, you had to request permission (aka. "register" as a customer) before you could post in that section.
In hindsight, there really was no need for that and it just became a source of confusion and extra work for us.
A few moments ago, I opened up the Customer Support section to all members. We still ask that if you do not actually have the product that you keep your questions/comments to the Pre-Sales Support section please.
