The set button on my c.c. broke on the 4th use (order inv 1940).  Can you send me a new one?

Yes, absolutely.  Sometimes the little tiny legs on the button crack slightly during assembly and they survive the testing but barely.  It hasn't happened a lot, but it has happened.  Sorry for the trouble.

I've sent you an email on how to proceed.

I have two of your cc's and love them. I just broke the end cap off in my 09 coupe. Can I buy a replacement (or 2)?

Thanks in advance.

The end cap that came with your smart which you transferred to the cruise control switch broke off?  You can get inexpensive replacements from your smart center or for those with more "custom" ideas, metal replacements have been found as well from at least one popular aftermarket smart parts supplier.

No problem at all.  Message sent.

ps. further to John's comments... I was presuming you meant the button part of the switch that is part of our kit rather than the decorative cap that was an original part of your car.  If the latter is the case, then John's right and your dealership can provide replacements for less than $2.

Topic closed.  As this is the warranty section, it isn't really intended for ongoing discussion.

If you have a warranty issue or question, like this or otherwise, please post a new topic.  Thank you.
